If you’re ready to spoil yourself, welcome home. ✨THE LAYOUT Main Floor: -Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with coffee & tea bar -Open-concept living room with gas fireplace -Two private king suites: Woodland Haven Suite & English Garden Suite -Laundry room -Upper deck with dining area, luxury seating & gas fireplace — all with open railing for unobstructed creek views Lower Level: -Private king suite: Whispering Creek Suite -Bunk room with 3 twin beds + 1 queen bed (TV & closet included) ½ bath -Game room with wet bar, two-person arcade & indoor/outdoor serving window -Screened porch with gas fireplace, outdoor TV, ping pong table & swinging daybed ✨THE POOL DECK Located just off the screened porch, the pool deck features: -Waterfall-edge infinity pool -Built-in spa (heated year-round unless temps drop below 35degrees) -Lounge shelf -Spacious sun deck -Custom mural backdrop It feels like a private boutique resort — because it is. ✨OPTIONAL POOL HEATING Oct–May: $150/day June–Sept: $100/day Must be added for entire stay Request 48 hours prior Payment due before check-in Pool Temperature: Heated to approximately 82–85°F (comfortable for swimming, not hot-tub temperature). While kids often find 85°F warm enough for a splash, adults typically prefer the hot tub when air temperatures drop below 50°F. - We have a pool vacuum cleaning robot that stays in the pool at all times. Winter Note: If air temps fall below 35°F, heaters shut off automatically for freeze protection. Spa (Hot Tub): Built-in spa heating is included at no additional charge. Sauna - Open-style setup (not your typical enclosed sauna) - Scenic view looking out toward the creek Important: Do not adjust heater controls. Unauthorized tampering results in a $150 per night fee. Pool service day is every Tuesday.
